Vintage 18″ parallel rule. I believe it is ebony and it has brass hinges. There is a previous owners’ name and date (1939) etched into the front. It shows age and wear, and could stand some cleaning up. Selling in as found condition. Hinges are solid and complete and operate as they should. Measures 18″ x 2 1/2″.  Please see photos for best description.
