1. The Basic Navigation Set provides the essential navigation instruments required for basic navigation, such as finding position, range, and bearing to a destination. The set, packaged in a clear, reusable plastic case, includes four tools; the Weems Protractor (255) (an updated version of Breton and Portland plotters), a parallel rule (145) for finding bearing and direction, a 6-inch divider (262) for measuring distance plus a navigation pencil.
2. The 15-inch (38.1 cm) Value Parallel Ruler is a basic parallel ruler without a protractor scale. Ideal for teaching applications, this clear acrylic & aluminum parallel rule is used to plot a course from a compass rose on a chart.
3. This navigation tool is versatile and can be used to lay off a course or a bearing, measure distance between any two points, plot a position on a chart from a given set of coordinates, or determine the coordinates of a position on a chart. It is an updated version of the Breton and Portland Plotters. Pencil and sharpener included. Dims: 15″ x 5″.

Condition of Items:
All items are either marked NEW or USED.
If the product is USED, there may be some wear,
missing paint, scuffs or transfer marks.
I do my best to clean and check items before packaging and
shipping them. New items can sometimes have flaws too.
If the item is marked New, please understand that
it does not always mean it is perfect and or in mint condition
. I get some of my new items from an outlet
wholesaler and sometimes there may be minor wear to box or packaging. Always
check pictures for more details on item.
Shipping/Handling:
I will only ship to your EBay address listed, No exceptions! This is
for your protection and mine.
Charges vary depending on the size and weight
of the product and your location. Tracking number is added so you can
track your package and secure your package when it arrives.
Not responsible for stolen packages that have
been delivered to your address.

significant reason for the return, so please contact me first to see if we can
reach an agreement before opening a claim. I do my best to make your EBay
experience a positive one, but I cannot correct a problem that I’m not aware
